FACC honours long-standing employees

Last Friday, 222 employees of FACC AG celebrated a round anniversary of service and were honoured for their outstanding achievements. In total, 3355 years of experience were on stage.

In 2024, FACC celebrates its 35th anniversary and thus a special milestone. Last Friday, however, 3355 years of experience were on stage when the FACC Management Board honoured 222 long-serving employees who are celebrating a round work anniversary this year. All crew members who have been with the company for ten years or more were honoured. The oldest honoured employees were already on board when FACC was founded. As part of a festive stage programme, the highlights and developments of the past decades were looked upon together - and, above all, a look into the future was taken - because with new developments for even more sustainable aviation and new approaches in the field of Advanced Air Mobility, aviation is facing one of the most exciting decades in its history.

‘FACC's success story is primarily due to the innovative strength and expertise of our employees,’ emphasises CEO Robert Machtlinger. ‘We are proud and grateful that many of our crew members have been with us for many years and thus make a significant contribution to our success.’
